Lancaster County Pot Roast


This delicious beef roast is fully cooked so all it needs is heated up.

Crockpot: Place roast with juices in your crockpot. Add sliced potatoes, chopped onions and carrots. Cook on High for 3-5 hours depending on the weight of the piece. Half way through or with 1 hour remaining, shred apart pot roast and mix all the vegetables together with the shredded meat and finish out remaining time. This will make the meat very tender and the vegetables soft for an excellent stew.
