Marinated Baby Back Ribs


Cut a piece of aluminum foil large enough for each individual rack. Take rack of ribs from the bag and lay onto piece of foil with the rib side down. Pour the juices onto the rack and tightly wrap the foil around it. Repeat with remaining racks. Place each wrapped rack into a baking dish. You should be able to fit 3 into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake in the oven at 250o for 2 to 2.5 hours (depending how many racks you’re baking). Low and slow is the key to make this recipe a success. After done baking, open top of foil from each rack and place ribs back into oven at 500º for 10 to 20 minutes. This crisps the top of the ribs to perfection. The meat will fall off the bone.
