Pork Chops Hawaiian Style

PORK CHOPS HAWAIIAN STYLE

Place chops in baking dish and season with salt and pepper, top each chop with a slice of onion, a bit of lemon juice, brown sugar and catsup.

Cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours at 350º. Remove cover the last 30 minutes to brown. (This recipe is also suggested with our Juicy Pork Steaks.)
