Pork Tenderloin Roast with Raspberry Sauce

PORK TENDERLOIN ROAST WITH RASPBERRY SAUCE

– 3-4 lbs. Pork Tenderloin

Sprinkle with pepper, garlic and thyme. Add approximately 1/2 cup water and bake 2-3 hours at 350º.

Raspberry Sauce

– 1 pt. Orange Juice – 12 oz. Bag Raspberries – 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
Grind in blender until smooth. Put ingredients in pan and bring to boil. Thicken to medium consistency with cornstarch.

Add: – 2 shots Chambord – pinch of Salt
Drizzle over roast after finished baking. Slice roast and serve sauce with the meat.
