Porks Steaks


– 4 Pork Steaks – 1 Can Cream of Chicken (or Mushroom) Soup

– 1/2 Cup Sour Cream – 2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce – 1 Pkg. Dry Onion Soup Mix

Place Pork Steaks in baking dish. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Mix together soup, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Spread over steaks, sprinkle dry soup over top. Cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours at 350º. Remove cover for last 30 minutes to brown. (This recipe is also suggested with our Juicy Pork Chops).
