Fruit Swirl Cake

1 1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c Soft Margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
4 Eggs
3 c. Flour
(1) 21 oz. Can of Cherry or Peach Pie Filling
Instructions for Glaze
1 c. Confection sugar
2 Tbsp. Milk
Add all ingredients, EXCEPT for the flour and pie filling, into a large mixing bowl. Beat 3 minutes at high-speed. Mix in 3 cups of flour. Spread 2/3 batter on greased jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1). Spread the can of pie filling over the batter in pan. Drop remaining batter by teaspoons on top. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. While warm, drizzle the glaze over top of the cake.
